At Dharoharam, we strive to provide high-quality traditional food products. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully.

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  2. Refund Policy
    We offer refunds only in the following cases:
  • If the product is damaged during delivery
  • If a wrong product is delivered
  • If the product is missing from the order

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof.

    Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  2. Return Policy
    We do not accept returns for food items due to hygiene and safety reasons. However, in case of damaged or incorrect products, we will provide a replacement or refund.
